Can be used on babies who are 3 months and older.

Take a bit of the balm on your fingers and rub gently on the child's chest, neck, back as well as soles of the feet.

Do not use the balm on the face, nose or mouth.

Do not use it on broken skin or wounds.

If you apply the balm on the sole of the feet, wear socks to prevent ingestion.
Keep it away from children.

The balm is meant for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes. In case it gets into the eyes, wash thoroughly.
